DFW Airport Terminal A

Dallas Fort Worth Terminal A is mainly used by American Airlines.

It has a half-circle shape which is split from east to west, where check-in and baggage claim facilities are available on each side.

On the other side, at west, east and north, there are security checkpoints (3).

DFW Terminal A is home of boarding gates A8-A39. After gate A39, it is possible to connect to gates B1-39 and C1-39.

Note that from this Terminal you can use the railway services to Dallas DART.

LEVELS

DFW Airport Terminal A consists in a couple of levels:

Level 0 

Lower level.

Level 1 

Departures and Check-in. 

Level 3 

Skylink.

TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS 

Passengers at DFW have two options to move between terminals: 

Skylink: an airside connection. Service 24/7. 

You can take the skylink between A13 and A16 and between A29 and A34.

Terminal Link: Landside connection.

You can take the skylink at entry A10 serving Gates A1-A20 and DFW Airport DART Rail Station. Entry A29 serving Gates A21-A39.
